Nice but probably wouldn't go again as I arrived and got told to pay an extra £18 for colour even though I'd requested that already. Felt like I was being squeezed for all the money they could.

I've been quite a few times but today I had a Hollywood wax and the wax was too hot. I've gotten burnt really badly. I told the beautician and she tried to blow it to cool down but it was still ridiculously hot. Disappointed and probably won't go back there again.
