Not a great experience - late start to my appointment, staff in a rush, disagreeable management, not a relaxing or enjoyable treatment. Perhaps they accept too many appointments.

The therapist was a lovely woman but I've had lash lifts before and this was not the relaxing process it usually is - it was actually quite painful for my lashes and eyes. Glueing the lashes to the pad was painful and so was the tint (it has never burned before).
Also, another technician came in to chat for a bit and you can hear everything going on upstairs - these elements didn't help the situation considering what was going on with my lashes.
I'm considering asking for a refund.
