I had a rude nail technician who was very snarky about my nails and told me off for not booking the right nail removal even though there wasn't another option on their site.
The salon had clearly over-booked - myself and another customer had to wait even though we were both on time.
They changed nail technicians halfway through my treatment because they had overbooked.
My nails are OK but I wouldn't go again because of the service.
