I booked a gel removal. I selected the add-on(£3.50), instead of the other option(£5.60) by mistake –this was brought to my awareness when I arrived @ the salon & I was told that I’ll have to pay the remainder afterwards & I was fine with that. The description of the gel removal states: “gel colour/shellac removal only with nails cut, filed & optional strengthener” –After the lady removed my gel, another lady whispered something to her. The lady then rushed my appointment. No cut/file/strengthen
