Utter chaos today, way to many clients booked in at the same time with 5 and more waiting in the rather small shop not even having a place to sit, treatments were rushed and not done to the standard they used to be, shellac finger nails look awful (very thick tip, little bits of dust ingrained, skin painted, parts of nails not painted) - not a nice job at all. The therapist ( I haven’t seen her there before) wasn’t friendly at all and had a rather rude attitude.
Meh. Colour not as expected - much brighter. Technician filed too much nail off and some were a strange shape. There’s also warping / thickness at the end of some of the nails. They’re fine I’m just not super happy with them and thinking about taking them off straight after getting them which is a shame!
Great eyebrows, thank you!
Lovely pedicure
When I arrived I didn't feel very welcomed; they were busy so my greeting was brusque and I was made to wait for 10 minutes before being directed downstairs to wait another 10 minutes. I got the impression they had overbooked and were not able to manage the number of appointments they had. My therapist was very nice and accommodating, however she was quite rough with her handling and I felt like the treatment was rushed. My previous experiences have been positive, so I was surprised.
