I have been coming here for several months but will not return again. The male manager here is incredibly rude - I felt so uncomfortable throughout my manicure. He cut the skin around my nails on most of my fingers with the drill with some being quite painful. When I said this he was passive aggressive and made no apology. When I asked about my nail colour and was it neon he said 'you should know it's the one you picked' and rolled his eyes. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
When paying I asked to do a bank transfer and he went on a rant about how customers never bring cash and said I 'better have it next time' shouting at me in front of the full salon.
I have also noticed this behaviour on other visits and seen it noted in other reviews.
It is always overbooked, people leaving as their appointments are running so late.
Apart from this, the other staff are nice and do a good job.

Fab quality. Tried a few places in Clapham and this was my favourite. Very clean, good quality polishes, decent prices and skilled technicians. It is a little tight for space and clearly popular so try to book at least 1 day in advance.
