Firstly, charging £90 for a set of builder gel on fingers and toes was way too steep than what I usually pay, then for them to start chipping and splitting because the layer was too thin within a week was another thing. The atmosphere was packed and busy, not relaxing if having a pedicure. The nail art for french mani wasn’t to an excellent standard and needed guidance on how to do this. I’m left with splitting nails 2/3 weeks later and having to pay extra to get these fixed elsewhere!
