Probably the worst lash removal I’ve experienced. Was put on a chair with no headrest and just a pillow propped up which was extremely uncomfortable. I got told it would take 15 minutes and took an hour as I could hear the therapist say to her colleague she’s never done it before so they just lathered my eyes in removal. She started plucking out my lashes with tweezers. I could hear flies buzzing around the room which made me uncomfortable. Most unpleasant experience.

My therapist Tina was so lovely, really professional and the Hollywood wax was the least painful wax I’ve ever had due to her technique! She also did my eyebrows so well I’m so happy with them! Will definitely ask for Tina again when I come next time! Thank you so much!
