I’m a first time visitor who went along with my cousin, a regular. My luxury manicure was done in under 10 minutes with my fingers submerged in plain water for a couple of minutes. It was only when I commented to my cousin that she spoke to the team and they proceeded to put a mask on my hands. My cuticles weren’t really cleaned and neither did I get the hand massage you’d expect. It was a 45 minute treatment that lasted half of that altogether. Even the clear polish I opted for was peeling off same day. Granted it was extremely busy but no reason to not give me what I paid for. We also had to wait 15-20 mins to be seated despite having an appointment. My cousin assures me this is an unusual experience but doubt I’ll be back.

The salon is unclean and feels chaotic. Nails have been filed wonkily and the French tip application isn’t the great. Appointment also took longer than other salons where a better result has been achieved.
