Hoping this is a one off experience. Despite being the first one in the salon with an pre paid appointment, I got the worst experience. Drop ins and bookings for 30/45 minutes after me got seen first. It took over 30 minutes to remove gel shellac. Once removed (after 2 people doing them) I got sat on the pedicure station for my gels. This was extremely uncomfortable and I had to hold my arm in the air for them. The shape is wonky because of the angle and half of my gels are stuck to my fingers.
