I hasn’t had this beautician before and when she’d finished all the lashes were clumped together and different lengths on each eye. I asked her to sort it out but it didn’t really help so I’m disappointed I had to pay for this because I’ve never had this happen before and I come here regularly. I would appreciate compensation to make up for this as they have already fallen out after 8 days.

Great price, manicure looks lovely but could have used and extra coat of colour. Standards on tools different to salons where all tools are sterilised/ packaged before use, these are just used across customers which isn’t ideal
