Totally over booked. Removal took 1 hour and a half. Switched technicians 4 times and didn’t even sit me down, all done in waiting area. Avoid!

Honestly so disappointed this time. When she asked how I wanted my lashes I explained exactly as previously. Longer in the middle, shorter sides but the fans to be 4 or 5 D.
During the process she glued my eyes shut multiple times, pinched my skin causing a blood blister with the tweezer, squeezing my eyelid with the tweezers. I didnt mind as last time the lady made them look amazing.
This time I get up and look like Oscar the Grouch. She used 10D fans AND some are stuck to my eyelid!!! Gross.
