I will not come here again for threading. I was seen late, which is ok, except that the beautician was basically rushing to get my brows done and get me out of the chair. As a result she didn’t do a good job, and she was rude when I asked to make my brows a bit thinner and more even. She did not take my request well - genuinely unpleasant attitude that made me want to leave immediately. Seriously unprofessional.
Fanu was lovely and friendly for the waxing.

The prices on Treatwell are different to the shop. A gel manicure is not £30 and discounted to £24 as advertised on Treatwell. The nail shop is trying to manipulate customers to think they are giving you a discount. At the nail shop a gel manicure is £25.
I haven’t compared other prices but this is not honest!
