Honestly so happy with the result of my LVL lash lift. However the setting lacked privacy & calm, having other people near you & where anyone can just look over you when you can't open your eyes is quite uncomfortable! But the lady was nice and did a great job.

Nail tech got impatient. Couldn't copy the design from the picture was rough with my hands when Imentioned it. Said he doesn't have time for this when I asked for 2 laters of top coat. Continued to be rough with my hands and rolledhis eyes when he accidentally cut my finger

Man rushed nails and they have a massive dip in them which is very disappointing. He was literally putting his jacket on standing up finishing off my nails. Unsure if I will return unless it was going to be a different experience
