Atmosphere isn’t great. Staff seem to want to do the job very quickly and move onto the next customer. They are very quick to charge for small extras such as removal which lots of places do for free. My nail technician also cut the skin on my finger which bled and didn’t apologise. Not sure I’d recommend to a friend.

The manicure felt very rushed with little attention to detail. The BIAB technique was different to how I’ve ever had it done before and has left my nails looking streaky with quite a few bubbles and imperfections.
