Disappointed. Paid 22£ for Gel refill but ti them that meant adding Gel only to the top and not spreading it to the bottom to make it equally. The description of the service did not show it.
I have done Nails in other countries but never faced this experience.
When I complained that my nails look like a map the staff replied in a very rude way which I do not find it normal.
Things might change in the UK for sure but it would be best they explain better they services.
