Great removal, relaxing, effective and professional. The musical atmosphere helped to block out the noise from the nail stations upstairs, with the added bonus of a wonderous smell from the wax melts. Came in wanting to just get a disaster of eyelashes off my face, feeling tense, upset and not very fabulous on my birthday. Walked out, relaxed, smiling and feeling great!

I walked into Battersea Nails & Beauty with what I consider a full-blown disaster on my eyelashes, as, I went somewhere else for a full set of eyelash extensions and the result was horrendous! I booked an eyelash removal, which was relaxing and effective. Very considerate that it was my birthday and I was feeling very upset, I was squeezed in for a classic set of eyelashes. They are fantastic, perfectly done, just how I like them. Been a few days and none has dropped out. Grateful and happy!
