I’m a first time visitor who went along with my cousin, a regular. My luxury manicure was done in under 10 minutes with my fingers submerged in plain water for a couple of minutes. It was only when I commented to my cousin that she spoke to the team and they proceeded to put a mask on my hands. My cuticles weren’t really cleaned and neither did I get the hand massage you’d expect. It was a 45 minute treatment that lasted half of that altogether. Even the clear polish I opted for was peeling off same day. Granted it was extremely busy but no reason to not give me what I paid for. We also had to wait 15-20 mins to be seated despite having an appointment. My cousin assures me this is an unusual experience but doubt I’ll be back.
