I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, and they’ve usually been great, but sadly had a bad experience this time. I asked for infills in the same shape as I had on (square), but he got the shape completely wrong. When I said it wasn’t right, he got really angry and frustrated with me. They fixed them in the end, but it took forever and wasn’t a pleasant experience. Disappointed as nails are expensive and you should be able to explain how you want them without the technician getting angry
