My technician listened to my feedback to make sure I was happy. Thank you! I love them. One feedback: one staff was quite harsh to another customer for not knowing their infill colours and she looked upset. I think you can say it nicer next time.

They consistently accept bookings for more clients than they can service at one time - Waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seated. Job was rushed as there was so many people waiting. Paid extra for shellac which wasn’t advertised.
