Unfortunately, this was my first time visiting the salon and despite booking an appointment, I waited 30 minutes sitting before anyone began my appointment. To make matters worse, a day later my nail bed was red, inflamed, puss-filled and evidently infected which I have never experienced before in my life. The technician must have poorly cut my cuticle and skin & I also got an infection - they were very busy as it was before Christmas but that is not an excuse.
