the indian lady who removed my polish was very slow, i waited 15minutes to soak my fingers on acetone. it was a relief when ana came to the rescue. she was very accommodating.

Waited for 30 minutes, they are always late. Asked me for 5£ extra for 2nails overlay. They don't accept card, but only cash, so had to walk around the area for 10 minutes to look for a place where I could withdraw cash. Following day: 2 broken nails
