Always charge for extras in store and quality of work is frequently poor. Been a few times and they always try to do hands and feet at the same time while good if you need something speedy it does make you feel a bit like cattle

I’ve had a lash lift and tint before somewhere else and they looked amazing! However this time, my lashes hardly lifted at all, I think they didn’t use a very curved mould on my eyelids. The therapist was absolutely lovely though.
