when Falguni does my lashes, i cannot complain, the woman is an artist. This time however someone else did them and took over 1.5 hours just to do one eye. i had to ask for Falguni to do the second eye as i didnt have 3 hours to lie there

everything is great as per usual except they dont do french with normal polish even though its available through treatwell. so they said they would give me £5 off on my next treatment as they can't refund in the app.
