Paid for a “luxury pedicure” and can’t see what was luxury about it as I was in & out in 30 mins vs the hour time slot. It was very busy and it felt as though they were rushing people. Made to feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The therapist cut my heel with the grater and it hasn’t stopped bleeding for 3 days and is extremely sore. He was apologetic but I have emailed twice asking for a refund and have been ignored.

My therapist was very kind and sensitive to how swollen my pregnancy has made my feet, so she gave me a little more time to soak them, and rubbed them for a bit longer.
