Josh was very welcoming when I arrived and the atmosphere as a whole was warm and friendly. The full body massage that Ella carried out was very relaxing and professional and a really great experience. I felt totally at ease and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit and thoroughly recommend Basingstoke Wellness. Thank you both so much.

I’m really happy with my treatment as only after two appointments I can already see a big difference in amount of hair. I would definitely recommend! Customer service is excellent, very caring, gentle and friendly also great communication.

The place was very clean upon arrival and the staff were very friendly. Ella was very professional and made me feel very relaxed. The whole experience was excellent. Will definitely be booking again!!
