My first visit to Basic Beauty, to have a Hollywood Wax & Underarm Wax was great. Roksana was welcoming and friendly. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and let me waffle on throughout the appointment 😄. She was even kind enough to give me refund on a treatment that I didn't need/booked in error. So glad to have found her and that's she's local too! No more travelling to far away lands 😄. Time has gone so quickly, I'm getting ready to book again now!
