The Massage that I had carried out, was superb.
I had some tension in one of my legs (kept getting cramps every night) ... after the massage I have been cramp free so far ... Carmel also found a knot in a muscle on my shoulder, that she removed with care & expertise....
My experience was finished off with an Indian Head Massage (Absolute Bliss) ... I honestly could of laid there for a few hours afterwards, as I felt so relaxed & tension free.
