After wearing Bras (& other Garments in this weather) I was worried about going out to dinner in my new backless dress.. But.... Then I saw that Basic Beauty are now doing Facials for your Back!
What better treatment could there be, than getting my back cleansed, exfoliated, steamed & treated. ... So I booked !
I'm glad I did, the experience was wonderful and afterwards the skin on my back felt amazing..
I even got comments at dinner about how well my skin looked.

Massage --- I love getting a massage, it makes you feel human again, getting rid of those tired aching muscle tensions that make you feel .... Meh!
Carmel gives the Best Massages, I always leave feeling as if i am lighter & there is a spring in my step.
If you have a spare hour, get a booking for a 55min massage. It will make you feel alive ....
Honestly I can't wait to have one again soon.
