On entry I felt safe because of the forms I filled and the availability to wash my hands and sanitise. Roksana made me feel comfortable as it was my first time at the Basic Beauty and I had an intimate treatment. After my treatments she let me check to see if there were any spots she missed (which she didn’t, but I was happy she was willing to go over her work for me). And finally when paying I had a discount offered to me which is always a nice surprise! 10/10!!! Will definitely return.
