From the booking of the appointment to the end of the treatments the experience at basic beauty was more than I could ever asked for. Everyone working there is really focused on customers well being and you can feel it the moment you step into the door. Also a personalised written xmas card and a first time discount was an amazing surprise. Will definitely be making this my permanent place to get beautified in the future. I get a Massage here regularly and every time Carmel manages to remove the muscle knots in my shoulders and ease the ache that I get in the tops of my legs.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Massage, as the effectiveness that I get after a visit here is Great.
