Firstly Caitlin doesn’t work there and hasn’t for many years. I gave a one star not for based on her but for treatwell as I had an appointment for 5.15 for a wash & blow, I arrived about 5.10 and they were all ready to go home as they close at 5. Lin was marvellous and said she would do my hair for me, I felt really bad for keeping them back. I would definitely go back to based on her but I will call them direct to book an appointment and not go through treatwell in the future.

So i had appointment 10:30 but i was there half day , totally damage my hair because i was sitting with bleach like more than one hour, i didn’t get any coloring and blow dry so i paid 65£ for nothing. i was understandable and didn’t say nothing about timing but definitely didn’t aspect pay 65 pounds for nothing , i never give bad reviews but i am really disappointed 😔
