I was impressed with the Covid-19 measures in place. I had to sanitise my hands on arrival and both myself and my hairdresser wore a mask.

No. I asked for a specific cut but what I got was a straight all over chop and uneven line. No finishing spray to set the hairstyle or a proper heat protectant all over. It is one of the more expensive salons so I thought I would get the the best haircut post lockdown. In fact this was one of the poorest ones. The hair will grow back but for now I will have to put up with it until I can get it fixed. I am really disapointed
