The final result looks good, but it’s not what I wanted. Even though I brought photographs showing exactly how much I wanted to cut my hair, the stylist chopped almost twice as much (!) explaining that this way my hair would look fuller and healthier. And while this might be true to some extent, I had my reasons to ask for a subtle trim and felt disappointed when the stylist didn’t double-check with me before acting according to her own judgement.
