Great colour and friendly hairdresser.
Not convinced about reception though, or their customer service prior to the hair appointment itself. I emailed a week before the appointment to ask how much extra a haircut would be. No response - I had to eventually phone them. Quite brusque on the phone and they did not apologise.
Then got an email from treatwell the day before, saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to 15 minutes earlier. Would have been nice if they’d asked me first.

Had a great hair service with Alma, she advised me to get an Ombre instead of the highlights to get the look I wanted to achieve so I'm glad she took the time to consult and really figure out how to get me my desired look. Was very happy with the result of the colour and cut. (ps: Salon takes cash only so if you might get extra services, be prepared)
