Alma is great, am very happy with my experience. The colour turned out a bit different from what we anticipated but she corrected very quickly and it is now looking fabulous. Like the haircut too.
I wasn't very happy with the haircut. Even if I showed them some photos of myself to explain how I wanted my hair cut, I didn't get the result I was expecting.
