I've had Teresa highlight my hair twice now, and I am so very pleased with her, and the job she does. The highlights are always extremely well done, and she listens to what I'm looking for and has achieved it both times I have visited. The first time I was in, she gave the most incredible head and neck massage while washing my hair. Unfortunately, on this occasion she had another client come in, so a young woman washed it. She did a good job, but not like Teresa. I'm happy with the price I've paid through Treatwell, and am thrilled to find a place I can rely on.

This is the second time in a row that I book with a consultant, pay in full and get to the venue only to discover the consultant I booked with cannot do my hair due to overbooking.I was given a complimentary discount on my next treatment so all is good but my advise is that if you book through Wahanda make sure to call the venue to confirm your booking so to avoid nasty surprises. The Romanian shampoo girl was lovely.

Fantastic for value and a nice place. I would definitely go back to Basecuts and have Chloe again. She was lovely and chatty and I came away very pleased.
I recommend Basecuts for cut and colour. Great value for money too.
