I have visited basecuts a few times, and have always been please. This time however, I had a different stylist. I had a half head of highlights, and was not happy with the outcome. I expressed this to the stylist, and his response was “I did a good job”. I asked for another toner and he practically refused. I look ridiculous, I have bleach blonde hair, on top of dark brown. There is no blend, and no subtly..which is what I had asked for. Safe to say, I will never be returning and will stop referring friends friends to Base cuts.
