Paula warmly welcomed me & ensured I was kept fully informed, felt comfortable & safe throughout my treatment. As communication is an issue for me due deafness, she went above & beyond to ensure my understanding of each stage was top notch. This wonderful human being brought much love & peace into the exemplary treatment and she is worth her weight in gold in her standard of service and delivery. I left feeling a million dollars (with exception of unavoidable new hairstyle) and will be back.
