I had booked via Treatwell which seemed to cause an issue. Sadly that wasn’t even explained to me when I arrived. My appointment started late with no explanation or apology. The therapist was trying to juggle me and several other clients at the same time so I was just left, mid treatment, for large amounts of time -30 minutes at one point. The therapist was not prepared for me so had to keep looking for tools and products. Shame
