Always an enjoyable experience and I always love the experience and advice that the staff at Barnabys are able to provide.
My only issue is I don’t think the toner made a huge difference to my hair, might have been the colour choice.

Haircut was alright, the length and shape I wanted. However, the back is longer than the front despite me asking for an even bob. I flagged this during the appointment but the stylist didn't agree and showed me that the length was the same when measured with the comb. I think it may have been because she didn't split the hair into sections to cut it.
Also, I was not offered a drink which was disappointing! It didn't feel very luxurious and I usually really look forward to haircuts.
