Hi there, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent haircut. Shiv was friendly and very pleasant. I only asked to clean up the sides and lightly trim the ends on top while keeping the overall length, but unfortunately, the top ended up being cut much shorter than I expected — despite me mentioning during the cut that I wanted to keep the length. I understand that interpretations can vary, but it was disappointing to leave with significantly less length than I wanted.
