Overall awful experience. As someone who usually enjoys a trip to the hairdressers, I found myself just wanting it to be over and out as soon as possible. The girl who washed my hair used the COLDEST water so I kindly told her to turn it up and continued whilst she washed my hair with zero effort. It was a pathetic effort from someone who also spilt my drink on me when she saw a friend out the window (no sorry but to be fair she was on another planet) . I had to ask for my hair to be rinsed again as I could still feel the product in it. When my hair was being cut there was such my commotion from the staff that it was incredibly stressful! I also paid for a blow dry but what I go was a quick blast followed by awful curls put in using straighteners. I could have done a better job and I'm useless at hair! I could hear the staff laughing about another customer too... highly unprofessional! There's more but I think I've gone on quite enough. Without a doubt not going back
