I have left a negative review for the venue because they did not enforce face marks for clients. Staff wore visors but as they stand above you the droplets can just fall down on you so that was a waste of effort. They should also wear a mask under the visor. I wore my mask throughout but almost every other client did not wear one and were told by staff that they didn’t have to. This puts the client at risk of getting the virus from each other. In this small space, for the length of time spent there and the nature of the work surely you would insist on everyone, especially clients, to wear face masks. This would instil a level of confidence in the business being a responsible one. Very disappointing seeing this yesterday. However, the hairdresser did a great job with my hair.
