Booked in for a straight blow dry with a curl under. I was asked if I wanted bolume at the root and I replied yes. Came out with frizzy straight, lifeless hair. No curl at the end, now it looks worse only 10mins after appointment because some is straight and then others flicking in different directions. The stylist would blow the hairdryer in the wrong direction at points and caused all my bay hairs to stand up. I hate to leave a bad review but I could have achieved better results at home.
