I showed Hattie a photo of what I wanted and discussed a cut under the chin, shaped into the neck at the back, graduated to be longer at the front than at the back to give it a nice shape. Hattie rushed my haircut. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She did not cut it at all like I asked for. It was shorter than we discussed (above the chin!), longer at the back and a completely blunt cut. There was no shaping at all because she barely spent any time on it at all despite me having booked an hour.
