I went for a half head of highlights and my hair was very dark. I wanted it as light as possible with an ashy tone. The stylist was excellent. She was friendly, followed procedures, and knew exactly what I wanted. She made me feel safe and I was so delighted with the end result. It was the best colour I’ve had in years! Thank you!
