I have been getting my hair done at Barnabys for the past 10 years, however on this occasion I had a complete disaster.
The blonde streak in my fringe was burnt with bleach so badly that it the stylist had to cut most of it out.
I was left with black dye stains all over my neck and ears from having my roots touched up.
Stylist forgot to clipper the back of my neck to finish off the bob.
Luckily my boyfriend was on hand to scrub away the stains and finish off the cut when I got home!

My hair looks and feels amazing so happy I went with what my stylist recommended she got rid of my yellow tones and gave me more of a warm glow will definitely be coming back
