I had a really lovely time with Serline and loved talking with her. I appreciated her making time to give me a full tint even though the booking had an error. On leaving I thought I was happy with my colour (meant to match a red I showed in photos) as I thought it just looked darker because it was wet. However it has now dried and is almost raven black, with a slight cherry undertone - not at all similar to the photos I showed of how my hair usually is. This is disappointing.
