Everything was well except I got more of a highlight than a balayage which was what I booked on for. Also didnt know I’d be charged extra for when a toner is used on my hair. So that was an extra unexpected payment. I do like my hair overall but it just wasnt what Id shown in the photos of what I wanted done.
